 The Dude held his breath.. It seemed to him that at last.. Here we have a Superpower leader That has the absolute command.. the leadership.. to finally steer us out of troubled waters.. Many years later The overwhelming impression is.. That despite maybe good intentions Such politicians have their hands tied And actually have very little control over anything  that real power resides elsewhere  "the faceless men".  Democratically elected officials .. end up on the sidelines???  As the real world play makers take the field??
